By using Mahanka you agree to these terms, the Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy. If you use Mahanka for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access Mahanka for lawful professional or personal research. You may not present Mahanka as a government website, scrape the service in a way that degrades it, resell raw extracts as an official gazette, or attempt to access non-public admin systems.

Content is informational. It is not legal, tax, valuation, credit, or investment advice, and it is not an official government determination. See the Disclaimer.

You are responsible for how you rely on the product. You must not use Mahanka to mislead a counterparty, regulator, or court about the status of land, a project, or a promoter. You must keep watch-email access under your control.

The Mahanka name, mark, interface, and our compilation and analysis are owned by FounderHQ LLP or its licensors. Underlying gazette and RERA texts remain with their public authors. You receive no licence to those official works beyond what public law already allows.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw features without notice. Coverage, crawl freshness, and match quality can contain errors or gaps.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, FounderHQ LLP and its partners, officers, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, data, or business, arising from use of Mahanka. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the product is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us for Mahanka in the three months before the claim or (b) INR 5,000. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You will indemnify FounderHQ LLP against claims arising from your misuse of Mahanka or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer forum rights.

We may update these terms by publishing a new effective date on this page. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the revised terms.
