Project and promoter facts are taken from public MP RERA filings. Citations name the document, page, and serial where the source supplies them.

Mahanka does not issue a stamp-duty certificate, a formal appraisal, a legal title opinion, an encumbrance certificate, or investment advice. Calculator outputs are indicative estimates for analysis only. For registration, stamp duty, or title, consult the relevant Sub-Registrar Office or a certified professional.

Every number is labelled FACT (gazette or register), DERIVED (math on facts), OBSERVATION (named method), or NOT ASSESSED (including market price, title, and legal opinion). If a figure cannot be cited, it is not styled as a statutory fact.

The government source remains authoritative. If Mahanka and the gazette or RERA register disagree, the official publication prevails. Coverage is limited to the districts and financial year currently published on the product.
