Lookup use. Searching a locality or opening a public page does not require an account. The host may record standard request logs (IP address, user agent, URL, time) to operate and secure the site.

Watches. If you subscribe to a locality, project, or promoter watch, we store the email address you provide, the entity you watched, your notification preferences, and the time of subscription. The same details may be kept in your browser's local storage so the watchlist can render without signing in.

What we do not collect today. We do not run a first-party advertising pixel or an analytics SDK on Mahanka. We do not ask for government ID, payment cards, or property ownership documents.

We use this information to provide the lookup, honour watch subscriptions, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We do not use watch emails for unrelated marketing lists.

Hosting and delivery: Vercel. Watch records: Supabase. Those processors may handle data on infrastructure outside India. We share personal data with them only as needed to run Mahanka, and with authorities when Indian law requires it.

Request logs follow the host's retention. Watch records stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to erase them. Local storage stays on your device until you clear it or remove the watch in the product.

Subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, or withdrawal of consent for personal data we hold. Write to k@foundersoffice.co. We may need enough detail to find your record (typically the email used for a watch).

Mahanka is a professional diligence product. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 18.

We aim to acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours and dispose of it within 15 days where the IT Rules apply, or otherwise within a reasonable period not exceeding 30 days.
